We get some inducts that can go down on VFD overcurrent constantly. Usually is due to bad rooler/belt issues, but since we sometimes have to run them for weeks before they get fixed, I was wondering if anyone had a parameter change on the vfd that would keep it running, avoiding the fault??

Were these VFDs calibrated properly? Perhaps you might tweak the parameter for over current trip....also check to make sure the wires from VFD to load are nice and tight and not frayed. You would be surprised how many times I have found loose wires....

jflores0002 I agree on the loose wires. We've tweaked the overcurrent significantly, but OLs still happen. ONly fix seems to be replacement of worn parts, as it should be, but they never give us the time-or people....
